– blocked not when the capture was first loaded, I found it blocked a short while afterwards (whilst drafting this topic).

Please, are these blocks appropriate?

I don't see a block on 1.1.1.1

Some ISP's block (or were blocking) 1.1.1.1, possibly because they use it for their own testing, even though it's not officially set aside for that purpose.
