Website blocked - possible false positive

One of our websites started being blocked recently and I can't see why.  The site is hxxps://www.texascookietime.org. 


Most of the time, it reports malware outbound.  Once or twice in the past 2 days, it reported phishing on the same IP.  The site is hosted at siteground and is scanned daily by the host and reports clean  It is also scanned by Sucuri.net specifically for malware and other types of hacking and also reports clean.  As such, we believe the site to be clean and should be removed from the blacklist.  

The log of the scan is below and a screenshot of the blocking popup is attached.
