IE crashing on MSN

So I've done virus scans on my workstation and everything is coming up clean. However, IE will hang and crash on www.msn.com, if left sitting there. Then when trying to close the IE, I have to use task manager.  I believe it might have something to do with the web protection, because when it is turned off the site acts fine.

This sounds like a known issue we have in the latest version of Malwarebytes. The current workaround is to either install an older version of Malwarebytes, or disable Web Protection. This will be fixed in an upcoming release.

Yup I have the same exact problem here crashes and I need task manager to shut it down very annoying, I don't even need to let it sit there, a moment clicking around is all it takes for me then it crashes and hanges.

More than likely it will be announced here:

This issue should be fixed in our beta that was just released. You can download the beta by going to Settings -> Applications and toggling on the beta option. After a little while, you should get the beta version which is Component Package 1.0.390 and this should hopefully resolve the issue. Please let us know.

If you don't want to try the beta, the full release should be out soon based on feedback from beta users.
