Guest Posted June 25, 2018 ID:1252384 Share Posted June 25, 2018 When I uninstall Malwarebytes, everything is fine. When I reinstalled it, back to blocking sites at random. Is it too late to get a refund? I bought it at the end of may.

dcollins Posted June 25, 2018 ID:1252485 Share Posted June 25, 2018 This is a known issue with the current version of Malwarebytes that should be resolved in an upcoming update. For the time being, disabling Web Protection or downgrading to the previous version should allow you to load these sites properly.
dcollins Posted June 25, 2018 ID:1252529 Share Posted June 25, 2018 As mentioned above, you can contact our support teams for a refund, but if you don't mind taking a few moments, can you elaborate on what issues you're experiencing and how we could have provided a better experience? dcollins Posted June 25, 2018 ID:1252594 Share Posted June 25, 2018 Historically our releases come out at the end or the beginning of the month, but I don't have an exact date

dcollins Posted June 29, 2018 ID:1253522 Share Posted June 29, 2018 This issue should be fixed in our beta that was just released. You can download the beta by going to Settings -> Applications and toggling on the beta option. After a little while, you should get the beta version which is Component Package 1.0.390 and this should hopefully resolve the issue. Please let us know. If you don't want to try the beta, the full release should be out soon based on feedback from beta users.
Vivec22 Posted June 29, 2018 ID:1253574 Share Posted June 29, 2018 Both those websites work just fine for me. Must be something wrong at your end. To be honest though, I'd be quite grateful to malwarebytes if it did block CNN. :p
