Malwarebytes - Slow PC

Recommended Posts

In addition to what dcollins mentioned above, would you also please test to see if turning off Ransomware Protection helps at all?  To do so, right-click on the Malwarebytes system tray/notification area icon and click Ransomware Protection: On and then click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.  Once that's done, restart your system just to load everything fresh (Ransomware Protection will remain disabled even after system reboot until you turn it back on).  Monitor the system's performance and let us know if that made any difference or not.  Once you're done testing you may turn Ransomware Protection back on by right-clicking the Malwarebytes tray icon once more and clicking Ransomware Protection: Off and it will be turned back on again.
