Adding/Purchase seats to a subription

Hello,

I've been trying to add/purchase an additional seat to an existing subscription with no luck. Seems that it is not possible. Which is quite troubling. If not possible is there a way to purchase and link an additional subscription to an existing account?

Is it really necessary to create a new account every time a computer is added? I'd rather not believe this would be the case.

Any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated.

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  • Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file

Greetings,

I believe that as long as you use the same email address for your purchase, any additional subscriptions will be linked under the same account.  For additional seats I don't believe there's a standard way of accomplishing this, but I do believe that if you contact Support directly that they can do something to make this possible before a more intuitive means of doing this is provided by the company.  You can contact Support directly via the options on this page.

Hello and thanks for your reply. I'll try using the same email address then. I'll update this post on Monday to let you know if the subscription was indeed linked to the same account.
