This is indeed correct, yes.

I am still trying to get hold of the hosting company via phone as they've failed to respond via e-mail.

/edit

It should also be noted, that Avira detected malicious content at one of the domains hosted on this IP, back in May;

I've not got Avira, so can't check whether this is still the case, but the domain in question, keeps jumping to different IP's on the same range.

No prob. Keep up the good work. If the host doesn't respond, go to its ?upstream provider and complain to them, and if they don't listen, go higher still until someone pulls the plug on them.

That's generally what I do already, but cheers :)

I have determined that they are based in Utah, so I would invite you to report them to the Utah Attorney General ( uag @ utah.gov (remove spaces) ).

OrgName: Bluehost Inc.

OrgID: BLUEH-2

Address: 1958 South 950 East

City: Provo

StateProv: UT

PostalCode: 84606

Country: US

There must be a way of legally removing them from the scene if they do not behave themselves??

Hi,

Richard from Digital Spy here, I'm the advertising operations manager (and the first person who gets the call when the words 'Digital Spy' and 'Malware' are mentioned in the same sentence!).

93.188.128.22 is part of an IP range belonging to the Panther CDN. We use Panther for image hosting in the UK.

I'll get our IT director to contact them to find out why & will forward any replies on to Malwarebytes. Admins - is there anywhere specific I should send this to?

Richard
