CarlIdaho Posted June 18, 2018 ID:1251113 Share Posted June 18, 2018 For the past day, Malwarebytes has been blocking a portion of NordVPN.com because of "Riskware". More specifically, it is blocking outgoing communication with "applytics.zwyr157wwiu6eior.com". The alert will show a few times when NordVPN is connecting to a server and then it will not alert again until I am connecting to a new/different VPN server. As far as I can tell, NordVPN has not updated recently so nothing should have changed in the nordvpn.com file. Can help me understand what's going on here? I've attached the log files. When I started my computer this morning I received no notifications about riskware in NordVPN. Wulf Posted November 4, 2020 ID:1418398 Share Posted November 4, 2020 Hello, 2 years later, the same old problem, my NordVPN was blocked and worked all day log to figure why it was not connecting and at the end of the day I contacted NordVPN if they are having problems with their servers and this morning I disabled MWB from auto start restarted the machine and the connection was there and I enable it to see what will happen and there the connection was gone, what I cannot believe is that this problem exists at least since 2018 (2 years) I cannot believe you guys cannot fix this issue, bottom line my malwarebytes will remain disabled until you update it with a new fix.
