How do you deactivate a divice with your purchased key if your locked out

The key can be unredeemed from my account portal if the purchase is from our website (not a retail or box purchase).

Please checks our KB articles on how to deactivate the previous devices.

I activated Malwarebytes 1 year premium key on 1st June 2018 and one day later i reinstall my windows .After reinstalling windows when i tried to activate my 1 year Malwarebytes premium license then i got this message i.e.

The usage has exceeded the maximum installation allowed.there is a problem with your key and we are unable to activate your license

deactivate other devices

Hi CrazyRocketBoy,

Mac users need to login to myaccount portal to deactivate the previous activated devices.

my account portal link > https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login


The purchase should not be a box or retail purchase and user need to login with email address used to purchase the product.

Any issue,  please write us to support@malwarebytes.com with purchase details.
