Malwarebytes ignoring exclusion

Recommended Posts

For some reason Malwarebytes is ignoring an web page exclusion. There is nothing wrong with the web page, as it is a professional surveying organisation in Australia. Malwarebyte accepts the web page on my husband's machine which has the same version and serial number Malwarebytes as mine. Can anyone help me sort this out?

Thanks.

Thanks, I think I see what the problem is.  Try adding the following Web Exclusion in addition to the existing one:

sssi.org.au

Just leave off the www. for the second one.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks

Very good, I figured that would do the trick.  I saw in the logs you provided that it was blocking that domain without the "www." and figured that was the issue.  You might want to add that one on your husband's system as well just to make sure he doesn't have any problems in the future either.

If there's anything else we might assist you with please don't hesitate to let us know.

Thanks
