pop.optional legacy with Adwcleaner v7.1 & 7.1.1

Adwcleaner keeps finding pup legacy and is to clean/repair/ restart, but it keeps catching the same ones every time.  Any way to help to get them ignored or remove?  Also, I am not computer knowledgeable...so pictures of how to/detailed steps would be needed.

Just ran through clean/repair/restart...log report below:  Also the Adwclear is showing last scan zero days...maybe something wrong with download?!
