Thank you for response!! 

As per below instruction, I have tried to upload the CERBER3 extension encrypted file but getting below error:  This ransomware has no known way of decrypting data at this time. It would be really great if you could provide me any resolution.

Please review this error and provide help me.

Sadly, as stated by ID-Ransomware, there's no way to decrypt files encrypted by Cerber 3.0 at this time. The only solution you have is to restore them from a back up, if you have one. Otherwise, you should back up the encrypted files somewhere safe and hope that a free decryption solution will be released in the future.
