Do you mean run them at the same time? If so, you should just need to open Malwarebytes and go to Settings -> Application. Under the "Windows Action Center" section, change Malwarebytes to Never register and that should allow AVAST to complete it's installation

mmmhh  can you elaborate?

At this moment I only have Avast Intenet Security Intalled, next I am going to install MBAM latest and in order to avoid conflicts what do I have to do next?

Ahh sorry, I thought you were seeing issues already. You shouldn't have to do anything to make the two programs work together, but you can add the following Malwarebytes files and folders to your AVAST exclusions just to be sure: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1123
