Thanks for the input. This particular device is a Windows 10 laptop. I found a small edit icon in the My Account area and was able to make the change. Never did find instructions in print.

Once I did that I tried to figure out how to cancel my post or mark the matter "solved"  . . . couldn't find that.

Anyway . . . problem solved . . . thanks!

Glad to hear you solved your issue...

Normally they don't close topics and users are not allowed to mark them as solved... You did the right thing by coming back and notifying us that the issue is solved. An admin will stop by and either mark it as solved if needed or close it.
