Unable to redeem code

Hi I received an email to which I got  TestFlight from the App Store but the code u emailed me didn’t work. Could you please send me another asap as I am having loads of problems with my iPhone 7, and malwarebytes was excellent when I had problems on my laptop, so I’m desperate for you help.

Not clear what loads of problems you are having with your iPhone, but I seriously doubt that Malwarebytes will be as useful as it has been for your laptop. It isn't the same type of app. It’s four features are to block ads in Safari, filter out text message spam, and premium features to warn of possibly malicious web sites and spam phone calls. If your problems fall outside of these areas then I would encourage you to contact Apple about them. There are no  currently known malware that can impact an iPhone that isn't jailbroken, so I suspect you are experiencing some other hardware or software issues.
