hello. i have two licenses activated for two windows. how can i change a windows license for a mac? i deactivated from my subscription web, copy key and paste in my mac but dont work

If you've got an older Windows key, it's not going to work on Mac or Android. The best way to handle this, if you're switching platforms or activating new devices on other platforms, is to contact support:

It used to be nice I have some clients with them and with the 3 user pack you could put it on the Crapples, but now it doesnt like to activate, that is kind of pointless it just started the other licenses were no problem, but always funny the Mac users saying they dont need that or they don't get viruses

Note that Malwarebytes is hairsplitting on support based on where the license was purchased- from their site or a retailer.  The response from treed quoting the July 31 date is being disputed by their support group based on my purchase of an "old" key from a retailer- see my topic...
