Once cancelling, can I go back and change my mind and quarantine?

Once cancelling out of the offer to quarantine pups after a scan, how can I go back and change my choice about those items?

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  • Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file

Never mind, I ran Malwarebytes again and it found the pups again. I assume it will continue finding them until I make a decision. The reason I didn't decide is that I just updated to windows update for spring 018 and it might be related to that. These are the pups found:

Greetings,

It depends on what you did with them.  If you simply took no action, you may run the scan again and they should be detected so that you can then remove them after the second scan.  If you unchecked all of them and clicked Ignore Always then you'll need to go to the Exclusions tab under Settings and delete the items you want detected, then run the scan again and this time quarantine them rather than ignoring them.

If you suspect that the detections might be false positives then I would suggest reviewing the information here and then creating a new topic with the appropriate log(s)/information in the False Positives area by clicking here and a member of the Research team will review the detections and let you know if they are false positives or not, and if they are, they will correct it in the next database update.
