false positive: claims fraud, how do we resolve

I posted the info on a block in a previous post, but the only response was that it was blocked for Fraud / Spam.

We are a legitimate business and are certainly not fraud and are very conscious to not be spam. 
None of our other brands are blocked as fraud or spam.

We would like to find out why we were classified as such and how we can correct this.
