Possibly infected...please help!

My computer has been very unresponsive and slow lately. I've been getting errors that the system needs to restart and sometimes my laptop would randomly shut off on me. I ran Malwarebytes and it came up with no results. I'm not sure what is going on (if anything). Maybe I'm just paranoid but any help would be appreciated.
