Scanning for updates

Have you rebooted computer and checked again?

Are you located in Russia by any chance?  The reason I ask is because recently our users and customers located there have been having problems reaching our update and licensing servers due to them being blocked so you might need to use a proxy or VPN to reach our servers and receive updates.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Can you please gather logs using the steps outlined below so we can help troubleshoot. Also, based on your comment, I'm assuming you have an open ticket with our help desk. If so, can you please message me the ticket number so I can see what issue you're having with support? Thanks!

  1. Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Accept the EULA and click Advanced Options
  3. Click Gather Logs and once the process is complete, upload the zip file it creates on your desktop mbst-grab-results.zip
