is there a way to report questionable eula on companies

so this new eula came out a few months ago

just a little questionable as well on steam you pretty much accept all new rules without them showing them to you or giving you a option to accept the new rules... heck even identify thief people use less info then this... just wondering if there is a place in the U.S.
