2nd attempt still no internet

ok so my computer still has no internet after i tried the fix it steps that were previously posted in my first topic chat, those steps included downloading the adware scan and restart then i went in to my premium version of malwarebytes and checked the root scan and restarted then i ran another scan and restarted all without luck. attached are my most recent reports
