Recommended Posts

I requested an invitation code for TestFlight over 48 hours ago, haven’t received it yet. Thanks.

A Staff member should contact you by PM or you will receive the code by email. I wouldn’t think that it would be in your spam box. I’m sure it will come soon!

If by "PM" you mean a text message that would be fine (but don’t remember if you have my phone number?). I don't do "Private Messages" (too old :( ) - email works. Nothing in my Spam box. Thanks.

Never to old to learn. No I meant private message in the forum. I sent you a test Private Message in the forum. Let me know if you got it please.

We sent the last round of invitations this morning, and are now at capacity. Apple's TestFlight beta system imposes a strict limit on the number of testers. If you haven't received an invitation yet (be sure to check your Junk folder for a message from no_reply@email.apple.com), we are not currently able to send one.

However, there will probably be some people who will drop out, due to not having an iOS device with sufficient system requirements (iOS 11+), not understanding what they signed up for, etc. So not all hope is lost! We will invite more folks when and if we can.

OK, how do I get to the Private Messages in the Forum? I’m lost!

Hi Thomas, I tried to get in to the program but apparently didn't get selected.  It doesn't help that the email your company sent announcing the beta, included a link to a subdomain which isn't working:  http://click.malwarebytes.com/?qs=ff21f37f3 <snipped in case the links were specific to individuals>.  Is someone looking into your site and why that subdomain isn't working?

Thanks

-Mike

I signed up for the beta testing program for iOS and received an invite code.  I downloaded Testflight and inserted the invite code and it does not work.  Can you please send me another invite code and I will try it a second time?  Thanks

I've re-sent.

For more information about how to accept the TestFlight invitation and install the beta, see the information under Installing Beta Apps here:

We've had literally more than ten thousand people respond via the link that was sent in that e-mail. However, it's possible that the link has been shut down since the beta is full. I'm not sure.

Understood about it filling up quickly.

It's a black eye for a company to send out emails that contain a dead link.  The name of your sub-domain suggests it was a email click tracking for analytic purposes.  Whomever built and set that system up, should have planned to keep it running, and possibly using it across your organization.  Instead it looks like the company's site is constantly down.  Maybe they learned their lesson about supporting a solution/application that they release...

OK Staff, for all of us that are left hanging, a polite request, if you only have 1,000 slots open for testers, only send out 1,100 emails.  If the slots don’t fill w/in 48 hrs., (and there are 300 opening left) send out another 400 emails.  And so on until all openings are filled.  PS, I have and appreciate MWB for my MS desktop PC.
