Re-Occuring Detection

Ever since AdwCleaner updated to 7.1 I am constantly getting this item when I scan.

PUP.Optional.Legacy             HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce|Application Restart #1
 

I clean it and restart and the next scan shows it is gone, but then it re-appears when I boot my computer a second time. Is this a false positive like how it also has started detecting my VPN's Tcpip settings with every scan?
