Billed through Google no more premium

So I Auto renewed my monthly subscription through Google play store and was charged for it and it's telling me I don't have premium. I did the whole restart phone trick before and after I updated the app and still nothing

Hi @Ravnos Can you do the followings:

- Close both Malwarebytes and Google Play apps

- Go to device settings and find apps

- Clear the data of Malwarebytes first

- Clear the data of Google Play

- Run Google Play

- And run Malwarebytes App

Let us know if it solves the problem.

Only concern is that I will have to do this every time I Auto renew through Google

@Ravnos This sometimes happens because of caching issues of Google Play and our app. However, it is a rare case. I hope, this will not repeat for you. But in case, please let us know.
