MysteryFCM Posted August 25, 2009 ID:114553 Share Posted August 25, 2009 This IP is one a Leaseweb IP range, which is why it is blocked.I'd suggest asking the owner of the site in question, to move the site to a non malicious range.

Because even without IP Protection enabled (Malwarebytes isn't even running), I can't access the IP.
MysteryFCM Posted August 25, 2009 ID:114591 Share Posted August 25, 2009 If it's not working with IP Protection disabled, chances are it's due to caching, in which case the following should help;1. Click Start > Run2. Enter the following and press return;cmd3. At the prompt, enter the following and press return;ipconfig /flushdns4. Load your browser and try accessing the site again. If this fails to work aswell, reboot your computer, then disable IP Protection BEFORE trying to access the site.
