I'm having freaking melt down because I can't access this IP Address.

This all started because of your stupid program and your IP protection, I should be in bed but I'm not because that IP got blocked I can't access the site that IP is located at.

Uninstalling Malwarebytes may cause even more problems.

It appears I can fix this. How can I remove said IP address from being blocked because I can't download anything from said site's IP?

This IP is one a Leaseweb IP range, which is why it is blocked.

I'd suggest asking the owner of the site in question, to move the site to a non malicious range.

Okay, but How do I Allow it when the IP protection isn't running. Because even without IP Protection enabled (Malwarebytes isn't even running), I can't access the IP.

If it's not working with IP Protection disabled, chances are it's due to caching, in which case the following should help;

1. Click Start > Run

2. Enter the following and press return;

cmd

3. At the prompt, enter the following and press return;

ipconfig /flushdns

4. Load your browser and try accessing the site again.

If this fails to work aswell, reboot your computer, then disable IP Protection BEFORE trying to access the site.
