Adw not removing malware

I am currently suffering from pop up windows and redirect tabs despite running both Adw and Malwarebytes repeatedly (and Norton, Avast, etc).  I have just rebooted my machine (which is running Win 7 32 bit) clicked on a tab and up pops a BunnyToken redirect tab!  -  https://bunnytoken.com/?r_id=708422642

 

I have checked for any pups that might be seeding the process - none found.   Does anyone have any other ideas about how to remove this (just did an Adw scan and it came back clean as did the other ones I ran).
