mlspyl Posted March 25, 2018 ID:1226991 Share Posted March 25, 2018 Malwarebytes Premium has been running for a number of months without a problem. Had McAfee for years before then switched. I tried a number of providers with free 30 day trial until i selected Malwarebytes. Until last week I never had an issue with the real-time web protection staying on. Now it won't turn on at all. I ran the software per your website, results attached below. mb-check-results.zip This is not my primary laptop, it is an older (Windows 7 64-bit gaming laptop). Please help, thanks

Solution nikhils Posted March 25, 2018 Solution ID:1227007 Share Posted March 25, 2018 Hello @mlspyl From your logs it seems like you are on MB 3.3.1 which did have some web protection issues. Can you please try this : 1. Download the latest 3.4.4 build from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3 2. Run the installer on top of the existing product. No need to uninstall anything. Can you please let us know if that turns on the web protection module ? Thank you

Can you leave the ticket open for two days while I check it during this time? Thank you for your help.
