Is it safe to buy MB 3 from Avangate ?

As the title said Is it safe to buy Malwarebytes from Avangate ?

I've been trying to buy new subscription for MB3 but all my cards have been getting declined. I asked my friend to buy one for me. but his card got declined too.

So i reached to support and they directed me towards Avangate, finally it would be really nice if someone gave me the link to "Malwarebytes 3.0 " in the avangate site, that site is so confusing to browse through.

You should be able to purchase it on the Malwarebytes web site.  Click the orange BUY NOW link.  There may be other information that Malwarebytes passes to Avangate as part of the purchase transaction that you initiate.  Please try again using the link I provided.  If it does not work, please send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE which includes a screenshot of the rejection.  Exact wording may be a clue.

PLEASE NOTE: If there is anything confidential on that screenshot, you should NOT post it on the forums.

I know you can buy from the Malwarebytes's site, and as i said i've been having problems with the transaction. 

Whenever i try to purchase, it just gets declined. And before you suggest that i should contact my bank, I did, and they told me nothing's wrong on their side. It's not only me having me having with transactions as i mentioned above my friend's card got declined too.

Edit: In-between writing this message i went ahead and tried to buy but failed again( images included).

Referred this forum post to one of our Customer Success guys.  He told me you have at least one open support ticket on this issue (from March 15), and they are waiting for you to respond to the email they sent you.  If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folders to see if it may have ended up there.

Well, the Cleverbridge ones are automated and are info only.  As far as the support ticket, it is written as waiting for a response from you.  Please let me know who you were writing to and I will follow up there as well.  It seems like there is a disconnect...I just don't know where.  Please bear in mind that it is now weekend, so unless they are working on the weekend, it may be a few days before I can hear anything back.  I will follow up!!!

I am sorry to bother you, but could you take a moment to tell me why I cannot create a new topic? It keeps telling me that fields are required, starting with Title. Bu I typed in a title, "Best free antimalware". I tried several  others.

You had not posted anything by the time I told the original poster to look for a private message.  You should not expect to find one.  There should not be any reason you cannot create a new topic.  If that is the case, respond to this post with a screenshot and someone will assist you.

Sorry for the interruption, but i was able to purchase MB3. The whole UI is different now on the main site and the Avangate is showing at the bottom,just wanted to let you know.

Also @ralatmby There are 3 required places 

1st: title 

2nd:Tags

3rd:The big white box, at the bottom, are you sure you're filling everything before posting ? because in the screenshot you posted that white box {i.e., the body of the topic} is empty.

Thank you Gonzo. It was the big white box, which I had left blank because I did not see anything that indicated what should go there. When I typed in a body the topic was accepted.
