Sadly, BlueHost are currently hosting over 50 malicious sites at the last check. Which is why this IP range is blacklisted.

If indeed this site is legit, I'd suggest asking the owner to move the site to a non-malicious IP range if possible. If this is not possible, I believe Malwarebytes AntiMalware 1.41, expected for release within a week or so, will provide a whitelist you can use to exclude this IP from the block.
