Werfault.exe Trojan.ServStart

I've had malwarebytes for years and doing a quick scan has picked Werfault.exe as a Trojan.ServStart, after researching I found that it is a Windows System 32 file and the file in the folder still has the signature for Microsoft. Is this just a false positive or am I likely to be infected?

Greetings and welcome,

This is a false positive.  I've already made the Research team aware of it so it should be corrected soon.

In the meantime, do not quarantine the file, or if you have already, go ahead and restore it from quarantine and if prevented from doing so, go ahead and restart your system then try restoring the file once more and it should allow you to do so.
