Hi,

This is a generic detection. Unfortunately, I can't reproduce detection here.

So can you let me know if this is still detected? If so, then we would need more info, so can you zip and attach the MBAMService.LOG, this so I can have a look why it was detected.

You can find this log in the following folder: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\LOGS

Thanks!

Haha, I'm not sure my little issue deserves the attention of the Director of Research! But thank you for your help!

Here's that log.

MBAMSERVICE.LOG

EDIT: I forgot to scan again to check that it's still being detected, but I'm running that scan now. However, this last detection was not the first time malwarebytes detected this file.

Hi,

Normally this shouldn't be detected anymore.

If it is, please do the following:

Quit malwarebytes from the systemtray.
Then navigate to the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService

In there, locate the file HubbleCache and delete it.

Restart Malwarebytes again. A new Hubblecache will then be created again, so it will properly pick it up and remember to not detect this anymore.

Thanks!
