Endpoint Database Will Not Update

Anti-Mal 1.80.2.1012

DB v2018.02.28.04

I have one endpoint that the DB will not update either from the MMC or the client. I have removed the software both thru the MMC and using the manual uninstaller  clean tool, reinstalled the client thru the MMC and except for the initial install the DB will not update. 

 

None of my other clients have this problem.
