Some problems with installing the new MBAE 1.11.1.79

This morning I got a prompt message saying "MBAE takes too much time to load. Please restart your computer". I restarted my Vista SP2 (32bit) computer and waited for a while before restarting PC again. Nothing. Restarted again. Nothing. So I checked the Windows/Temp folder and ran manually the setup file for 1.11.1.79. It said "the setup not completed, please restart your computer". I did it. This time MBAE was installed with success. Anyone with same experience? What could be the cause of this behaviour?

This has been an occasional occurrence with MBAE for as long as I have known it. Sorry I cannot shed any light on it.
