Had to reinstall windows 10 and lost malwarebytes

You should only have to activate your Malwarebytes.   How to activate.

If you are referring to the My Account portal, You have to deactivate the whole license and then reactivate them all again on each of your machines.

I have the same problem. Had to revert back to 8-1 and I have an old license/key. Can't deactivate it through MY Account page because Ican't recall log in information for that page. Plaese advise
