Check in on my ticket

I submitted a ticket Feb 2, Case#00052233, and haven't heard anything.  Wondering if I might please be able to get some support?


I have Malwarebytes for teams installed on my Server 2012 R2 Domain Controller with Exchange--and when I turn on web protection, Exchange email stops flowing. 


Wondering if this is something that we can overcome--can we turn that web protection on on this server and allow mail to flow?
