Hola uplashrt. Bienvenido a Malwarebytes.

  • Abrir el Malwarebytes y busca por actualizaciones;
  • En el menú izquierdo seleciona Configuración;
  • Seleciona el tab Proteccíon;
  • Vuelve al Menú principal e seleciona el buton Analisar ahora;

Hello Rui, thank you very much for your interest in my topic and try to help me, thank you very much, but a user I passed a link to remove pup chrome google, if nothing works, I write to help me, also in the malwarebytes the analysis in search of rootkits is activated, and since November the malwarebytes I detected the viruses: Fraudtool.YAC, Pup.Optional.Delta, PUP.Optional.WinYahoo, PUP.Optional.Dsrlte and I always detected 11 threats, but I never killed them , whenever I did the analysis in safe mode or in normal mode, I always detected 11 threats and never deleted them always appeared, until January there was a new malwarebytes update and I eliminated them, but the next day there was another analysis and I detected: PUP.Obtional.WinYahoo.Tsklnk and PUP.Obtional.WinYahoo, and the malwarebytes delete the PUP.Obtional.WinYahoo.Tsklnk, but the PUP.Obtional.WinYahoo is missing and you do not want to delete it, also pass the adwcleaner until I am not detected more viruses, and can I'm afraid to turn on the computer, I write from another computer, I'll try to do the https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/214325-chrome-secure-preferences-detection-always-comes-back/ have it work, but if it works it will ask you for help again, thank you very much for worrying, even though I have not turned on the computer for 1 week, tomorrow I will try to eliminate the chrome pup as explained in that link.

Although I want to ask if the PUP.Obtional.WinYahoo is very dangerous?
What does that virus do, affects the computer a lot? is it dangerous to be in APPDATA / LOCAL / GOOGLE / CHROME / USER DATA / Profile1 / WebData?

http://www.forospyware.com/t494826.html

WinYahoo
https://blog.malwarebytes.com/detections/pup-optional-winyahoo/

Se la solucion en https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/214325-chrome-secure-preferences-detection-always-comes-back/ no te resuelve el problema, abrir el Google Chrome e clica en el menu arriba a la derecha (el icon con tres lineas horizontales);

I have all the windows security patches updated

The Malicious updated software removal tool (MRT)

The adwcleaner (although I do not detect viruses, the system is clean)

The malwarebytes version 3.3.1 free updated (not premium)

The avast premier antivirus updated (but the program does not)

and even so the PUP.Obtional.WinYahoo (APPDATA / LOCAL / GOOGLE / CHROME / USER DATA / Profile1 / WebData) keeps appearing

It is not deleted, will it be a false positive of malwarebytes?

Hola.

Gracias,

Rui

Hello Rui, I only use my computer and my cell phone, but the cell phone is not synchronized and I have not used it for months with the internet so I do not think the cell phone is the problem, my cell phone has always been this way and I have not touched it. there are no more computers with the same account or something like that, I actually read a post that some users also reported the pup.obtional.winyahoo in November that was the date that malwarebytes detected me the PUPs, I do not know what could be the truth Maybe it can be a false positive? Maybe malwarebytes is wrong?

But if the Malicious software removal tool (MRT) does not detect me, and the adwcleaner does not detect me either, I can be sure that my laptop does not have a virus?

Well, I can not confirm you that until I review the logs. There may be still remnants.

If you still want help, please execute the steps below and attach the two produced logs (FRST.txt and Addition.txt) for my review.

Please download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your computer Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system.

You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit. Only the right version will run.

  • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to the disclaimer.
  • Press the Scan button.

_frst_scan.jpg.d10e66dc03e35ede4fdcba12b

  • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
  • The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log (Addition.txt). If you've run it before it may not and you may need to select it manually
  • Please attach both logs to your reply if possible. Otherwise, you may copy/paste the logs directly if you have to, but an attachment is better.

Thank you.

Rui
