Can't use my license since I format my computer

 Another option is to create a Malwarebytes Account using the following link: https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/register

If you have purchased the product through us, you can use the same email to register for the account.

Once you can login into your account you could deactivate on the device where your product was wiped off and reset your license key.

I've tried and tried to set up my MBAM account.  I have an account of some sort... as I can post in this forum.  I've even gone in and used the Google Authenticator, and successfully authenticated.   But I can't seem to get to a place where I can register my licenses...  

I log in and get this message:  "You have not set up your account. Please check your email for instructions to set up your account."

But I never got an email with instructions.  

I did get a forums email where I verified my email... but no further instructions on how to set up my account.

There doesn't really seem to be a specific forum for this type of issue, but since Porthos addressed it here, I'll further this discussion here.
