Found a link to this page from a blog that had different free ware listed - the blog links to this site as well as oldergeeks and other reputable sites.  But you guys may know something more about the site than I do:

according to our researchers,  this site is pushing out PUP's and won't be whitelisted until they change the behaviour. 

you can still whitelist it, using exclusions.

I had a feeling that might be it, so that's why I reported as possible.  Thanks for confirmation.  I'll allow it to keep blocking.
