What error are you getting. Are you entering the Key in the top box and the ID in the second box when you check the box "I have an IDD?

The last big Windows update crashed my computer and it wouldn't reboot. The repair shop copied almost everything and installed new Win10.  In the process Malwarebytes was lost.  My subscription expires 5/18/18 and I have the ID# and Key #.  When I tried to reinstall it,  with the ID and Key numbers, all I got was Premium 14 day trial and the "activate license" block didn't show and to purchase a license.

It means the key needs to be reset to allow activation. Lets try the quickest solution.

Create a Malwarebytes Account using the following link: https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/register

If you have purchased the product through us, you can use the same email to register for the account.

Once you can login into your account you could deactivate on the device where your product was wiped off and reset your license key.
