Help Please!

I've ran Malwarebytes 3 time so far it finds about 140 viruses each time. It tells me that it will delete leftover virus files on reboot but they all come back. Please help I am pulling my hair out, the computer is painstakingly slow. Thanks so much for any help. Here is the HJT log.
