Exploit Protection Keeps Turning off

I have tried uninstalling and installing latest version mb3-setup-consumer-
Didn't Fix

I ran mb-clean- Ran 2 times. 
After the 1st time didn't fix I ran again and manually deleted c:\program files\malwarebytes\anti-malware\ folder before hitting the reboot prompt.
Still Broke.

I just created the logs.

Can you please get the build from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3

Run the installer on top of your existing product. You don't need to uninstall anything.

Please let us know if that solves the issue

Thanks for the clarification, Before we get staff involved, Do a scan with rootkit detection enabled. It is not enabled by default.
