Unable to load Anti-rootkit driver

Using Win 7 Home Premium SP1; MBAM Premium 3.3.1

Every morning when I start my PC I run Webroot, SAS, and MBAM. This morning MBAM issued the following:
...........................
Malwarebytes is unable to load the Anti-Rootkit DDA Driver.
This error may be due to rootkit activity. We recommend rebooting so Malwarebytes can attempt to install the driver.
Do you want to reboot now?
..........................
Rebooting does not help. Any advice?

Thanks,
EdP

Thanks for the response, Kevin.
MBAM started up today without the "DDA Driver missing" message. The "Scan for rootkits" option is on, so I guess all is okay.

Let's not waste your time poring over logs that don't need it, but I do appreciate your response and your offer.
