google redirects, malwarebytes won't run, process explorer looks fine?

Hi, I'm not sure where to start...

I got a google redirect virus + a AV Care and Total Security explosion of malware yesterday. After looking around, I downloaded malwarebytes and tried to install it, but the installation didn't fully complete. Windows does recognize it as a "newly installed program" but when I try to run it, although processes recognizes that mbam is running, nothing really loads.

I tried looking through the "Procedures to help resolve issues preventing MBAM from running" but nothing quite fits the procedures outlined there. I did manage to get HJT to run, and this is my log:

We Need to check for Rootkits with RootRepeal

1. Download RootRepeal from the following location and save it to your desktop.
   
   • Zip Mirrors (Recommended)

[*]Rar Mirrors - Only if you know what a RAR is and can extract it.
