I did everything that was said to do but my Web Protection will not stay on.  I'm using Win 10 and have rebooted at least 6 times.  What should I do?

I'm pretty much afraid to try anything. I did a search and the web is full of news on this major glitch. Over at Major Geeks they posted info how to manually update MB database when the online option fails. No, I haven't tried it myself.

Malwarebytes Database can update your Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Database when the online update fails or malware prevents it. Video tutorial available.
