Malwarebytes and Windows Defender

We had two computers affected Saturday.  We finally have both running again, but one doesn't have Windows Defender operating correctly.  It says "Windows Defender Antivirus real-time is off because you are using another AV program.  Uninstall your existing AV program to turn on Windows Defender".  All the settings are the same on both computers.

How can I get Windows Defender running again on the one computer?
