Uninstalled MB3 with MB-Clean up, what now? Windows 7

After all the problems yesterday (memory leak, computer crash...), I uninstalled MB Premium with MB clean up, waiting for a final fix.

Please provide me with a link to download the latest version fixed so I can install MB 3 again, thank you. Also, tell me how to recover my license if the automated feature doesn't work.

Just download the latest build from the website, I am pretty sure it is already a version that has the fix. Then update it from within the software.


I deactivated then uninstalled MBAM3, then rebooted, reinstalled, re-activated then updated. So far all is working just fine here.

As for your license, you *should* be ok, but if not, just email malwarebytes support and they will help you out.

Hello @canalgi

The latest build has the new built in Database update which has a fix for the issue.

Please follow these steps:

1. Download the latest build from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3

2. Run the installer on top of your existing product. You don't have to uninstall anything.

3. After installing the product you should not see any issues.
