Not sure where to post this so sorry if this is in the wrong place.   I made a purchase of the Premium version on Sat 1/27 at around 12:30pm.  I received an order number after placing the order.  As of now, 10:19pm, I still have not received any email confirmation for me to activate the premium version.  The charge did hit my credit card account as I got a text saying a charged was made to my card.  I did check my spam folder too, and nothing is there.  I also went to the https://www.cleverbridge.com/342/?scope=cusecolp&id=nyut0y7lQx and entered my email address, and I did get an email from a purchased I made long time ago, but not the purchase I made on 1/27.  Please advise.
