Did not receive confirmation email

Hi Everyone,

Just wonder if there is generally a delay in receiving the confirmation mail when purchasing a license?  I made a purchase of the Premium version on Sat 1/27 at around 12:30pm.  I did receive an order number as well.  As of now, 10:19pm, I still have not received any email confirmation for me to activate the premium version.  The charge did hit my credit card account.  Normally in other online purchases, there are no delays in receiving the email confirmation.  I guess I'll contact customer support on Monday to see what's up.   And yes, I did check my spam folder too, and nothing is there.
