Related to Web Blocking / RAM Usage Issue?

Recommended Posts

I, like everyone else suffered but the fix appeared to work just fine... until.... a windows (win7 64 bit sp1) notification appeared 'Program Compatibility Assistant' !!

Please advise how to deal with this, this is a new notification to me and is doing my confidence no good - Thanks

Thanks - I'd still like to know why it appeared, I glanced at the 'What settings are applied' and it quotes "The Program Compatibility Assistant detects known compatibility issues in older programs".This surely is not an 'older program' - so why should it appear?

I would go into the compatibility settings and change it back to default. Windows anytime it sees an issue will start trying to find ways around it.
